I didn’t have time to take a pic, sadly, but I saw a Smart stopped at a light a few feet behind some random modern pickup truck and it was quite the dramatic contrast.

$6500 seems fair for a driver condition in a private party sale.   I think really nice/exceptionally low mileage ones do break into the five figures, though.

Eh, on second thought- no. I don’t think I’m ready to commit to a RHD car. It’s so neat! But the seating position would get old pretty quickly, I think. Not just taking it through drive-thrus, but the whole sight-line issue bothers me. Like trying to see around the car ahead to see if oncoming traffic is clear for passing... or waiting to turn left at an intersection and trying to see around the oncoming left-turner...

Yeah it makes me sad because it’s such a neat little car. I just don’t think I could put up with it for very long. Maybe that’s why the seller is selling it.
